These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and the services offered by TIRO Education Overseas Consultants (“TIRO Education”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. Our services

We offer study abroad counselling, university and course shortlisting, application support, test preparation, scholarship and education loan guidance, visa guidance, and travel, forex and accommodation assistance. Counselling is free for students. Any service that carries a fee, such as test preparation, will be agreed with you in writing before it starts.

2. No guarantee of outcome

We give guidance in good faith, based on our experience and the information available at the time. Final decisions on admissions, scholarships, education loans and visas rest solely with the universities, lenders and government authorities concerned. We cannot guarantee any admission, scholarship, loan approval, visa or test score.

3. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate, complete and honest information and documents.
• Check every application and form before it is submitted in your name.
• Meet the deadlines and pay the fees set by universities, test bodies and authorities.
• Do not ask us to submit false or misleading information. We will refuse, and may stop working with you.

4. Fees, payments and refunds

Fees for paid services, and any refund terms, are set out in the agreement or invoice for that service. Application fees, test fees, visa fees, tuition and deposits paid to third parties are governed by those third parties’ own policies, and we do not control whether they are refunded.

5. Information on this website

The information on this website, including costs, intakes, course details and visa rules, is for general guidance only. It changes often and may not reflect the latest position. Please confirm details with a counsellor and with the university or authority before making decisions.

6. Third-party links

This website links to third-party websites and services, such as WhatsApp. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the TIRO Education name, logo, text and design, belongs to TIRO Education Overseas Consultants or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse this website, for example by submitting false enquiries, sending spam through our forms, or trying to interfere with how the website works.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services, or from decisions made by universities, lenders or authorities. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
